A private soccer club, PIT FC is operated by our fully professional staff with the ultimate goal of total individual development for all of our players. Highly technical trainer/coaches are the core of PIT FC. Through truly elite technical training, coaches break down incorrect technical points until replaced with correct technique from head to toe to fingertip. PIT FC trains top play- ers, and also creates them. Our 2016 - 2017 program is year round and com- plete with Speed, Agility, Balance, Strength, Technical, and Tactical Train- ing. These training disciplines com- bined with our intensive training schedule accelerates player’s develop- ment dramatically. PIT FC trains 12 months of the year, practicing 2-3 times a week with short breaks in between seasons. To enhance our members’ development, customized small group training sessions are added to players schedules each month to focus on specific player technical issues. Completing our players com- prehensive training regimes, private training sessions are also added to every player’s schedule to ensure our player’s reach their excellence at our club. Etiquette and respect for all is highly stressed as character building is also an essential product of our Club. Our first year, featuring limited ages groups, has been highlighted by league play in the Eastern Development Pro- gram, Mid Atlantic Premier Soccer & Jersey Area Girls Soccer League as well as Top Showcase Tournaments. Our U16 Boys Spring European Soccer Tour to Northern Italy exemplifies the play- ing opportunities afforded to our play- er’s and their families. Coming this Fall, 2016, PIT FC, will feature team(s) in each age group, young ladies and gentlemen from U7 - U23 and U4 - U6 Academy Program. Training and home games are based in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Our 15,000 sq. ft. indoor facility has been slated for completion and grand opening this year in Hillsborough, NJ. Club Director, Jon Sarles heads a truly dedicated staff of coaches and professionals. Sarles, trained by the late Heinz Consten, has been a trainer and coach for over 15 years in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Earning a Top Rating and Distinguished Pass on his way to the National and Advanced National Diploma and including a Director of Coaching Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches’ Association of America, Sarles has developed a reputation for the highest of stan- dards. Standards of not only play, but also etiquette are constantly reinforced every minute of every practice and beyond. PIT FC now adopts these same principles and methods with all of our coaches. To ensure all coaches are of the highest standard, coaches are employed by the company, routine- ly evaluated, and trained in house throughout the year. Coaching educa- tion is further advanced through enrollment in NSCAA and USSF Coach- ing Courses for all trainers. PIT FC open tryouts will be held in June. We hold tryouts late, determin- ing that holding tryouts so early in the Spring is detrimental to in season per- formance. Also PIT FC are not making cuts only placing players onto age and ability appropriate teams for training and game play. Players and parents may feel secure in waiting for our try- outs. All teams get the highest level of training to give every player the best chance to reach their excellence. Sign up today at performance intechnique.com/registration or call 908-518-TEAM.
