From breakfast through lunch and dinner 4 Brothers Breakfast meals have generous portions that are filled with unique southern influences. If breakfast is your meal you are in luck as break- fast is available all day at 4 Broth- ers Breakfast . Try a sweet potato waffle or a red velvet waffle with warm homemade candy yam syrup and a side of crispy chicken, a won- derfully southern experience. The brothers have been cooking along- side their southern grandmother since the age of five. All their clas- sic breakfast platters, whether it is eggs with salmon cakes, catfish or whiting are served with grits. A freshly baked homemade biscuit accompanies the meal. If you don’t have time for breakfast then just pop into 4 Brothers Breakfast and pick up a freshly baked red vel- vet muffin, a sweet potato muffin, carrot muffin, corn muffin or their authentic southern biscuit for the road. Lunch runs from the classic sal- ads thru wraps and Reuben’s to the turkey burger. If you like changing up your lunch selections then immerse yourself in the brothers’ southern talents with Cajun shrimp & chips or fried whiting or catfish. All of the sides at 4 Brothers Breakfast are from a truly south- ern kitchen with options of catfish nuggets, fried pickles, fried green tomatoes and fried okra. This is southern food at its finest. At 4 Brothers Breakfast every meal is made in-house using fresh ingredients. The in- season vegeta- bles are handpicked at a local New Jersey farm. It is a BYOB establish- ment and the brothers are current- ly working with a local winery to include wine offerings with lunch and dinner. 4 Brothers Breakfast is rolling out their down the bayou Cajun gumbo in time for the cooler fall weather. For dinner the brothers slow cook their Barbequed Beef Ribs allowing the flavors of the south to dance through the meat. The spicy Bayou shrimp is served over perfectly prepared grits and why not try some southern maca- roni and cheese that has flavors reflecting the influence of Alaba- ma’s Chattahooche River. The 4 Brothers Breakfast crawfish crab boil is cooked slowly to allow these savory flavors to meld into each other and is sure to be a favorite.
