Come in and wander around perusing the shelves that are lined with the most fascinating stories and books with wonderfully in- depth knowledge about our world. When you enter The Bookworm you have entered a store with full customer service from free gift wrap, to a weekly newsletter, to author signings, to knowledgeable staff. Would you like to examine a special order book prior to purchas- ing? That can happen at T he Bookworm. Most special order books are received the next day with no shipping charges. Mary Ann Donaghy and her staff at The Bookworm are all avid readers. Many of the books have staff hand-written summaries and reviews slipped into them to make your selection easier. There is some- thing special about putting your hands on a good book in this warm and friendly store. Come in and flip through some books to see which one speaks to you, to your needs, to your heart. The Bookworm car- ries lovely large coffee table books which are a wonderful choice for a gift for that special person. Looking for a different choice for a gift? If you are in a hurry the staff will guide you quickly to your selection but if you prefer a more relaxed pace the staff will take their time with you discussing your options. The Bookworm is here for you. Looking for the next book for your book club? Wander into The Bookworm. Look through the shelves, talk to the staff asking for their suggestions about literature waiting to be discussed, from the most popular, and the most current, to the unique and unknown. The staff is impressively well read and passionate about their literature. Visiting The Bookworm is a wonderful experience for your chil- dren and grandchildren. Let them explore the plethora of literature that is available for their minds to visit faraway places both imagina- tive and real. Children can giggle their way through the silly all the way to thinking about the serious. Children become passionate about reading by touching and feeling a book, making this experience more than words written on paper but rather an emotional experience that is not forgotten. The staff at The Bookworm can help find appropriate books for children with reading challenges and make sug- gestions to parents on how to sup- port and help their children grow into lifelong readers. The Bookworm’s Young Adult Fiction section, (14 years old and up), has been grouped into two categories by the staff, one for the early reader that is content safe relieving the concerns of many par- ents and a second category that has some adult content.
