Ajay offers customized culi- nary fares for every event organ- ized at the recently launched Martinsville Gardens. “Every party and each guest is different so every menu has to be unique,” he says. For example the Kathi Roll are a popular Indian wrap all over the world but when you use a Tortilla wrap instead of tradi- tional Romali Roti with Gua- camole instead of the usual Asian coriander and mint chutneys, you get a more healthier option. Guests coming from diverse back- grounds connect with it and find this a unique fusion fare. You ask any host or any attend- ing guest after an event as to what three things they remember and the general answer is the venue, the service and most importantly, the food. Many a times we have heard people try- ing to remember where was “Iva’s” event held but they don’t need to jog their memory to say that the “food at Iva’s party was great.” So even amongst the three most popular factors that make an event remembered for long, food is the most important. And for guests to remember food for long, it just doesn’t have to be tasty. You get to eat tasty food at many places, even at home. The food has to be unique, tasty and presented well. Our focus is not just good food but unique creative food. A daughter who planned a surprise birthday for her 80-year-old mother, wanted to serve her a dish that her mother loved since her childhood. So we thought of doing something memorable. A special spice was imported to create that particular dish and we served it to her on her 80th birth- day. She said that it was her most memorable birthday and she blessed each one of us. That is what makes us tick. Though it is said that the chefs are born with skills in their hands, at Martinsville Gardens we have developed training manuals to train our local hires. They are encouraged to re-create the fusion food recipes developed by Ajay’s culinary insight. Ajay takes a considerable amount of time to develop new dishes, standardize recipes, and train the new and existing hires. Martinsville Gardens is proud to announce the biggest ensem- ble of culinary professionals on September 10th 2017. Apart from Chef Stations showcasing popular cuisine, a contest between Master Chefs is scheduled and the event is to be hosted by renowned Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, who is an institution in himself and arguably the biggest name in Asian Cuisine. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to attend this event and indulge in the best food layout!!!
