Bananas In Yogurt & Sour Cream

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Firm ripe bananas 3
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime-1 tbsp
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 4 oz . of sour cream
  • 4 oz . yogurt
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp . Canola oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Slice bananas 1/4 thick rounds and toss with lime juice. Blend yogurt and sour cream with salt and sugar and add to the fruit.
  2. Heat oil and pop the mustard seeds in the oil. Add to the salad which can be served with spicy food or even as a dessert.

Recipe Notes

Note: Shake the pan to settle the mustard seeds to the bottom to make them splatter less.
