  • 2 Romaine hearts chopped
  • 8 oz . baby arugula
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted, optional
  • 8 slices provolone cheese cut into thin ribbons
  • red wine vinegar
  • robust olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

Directions

  1. Combine chopped romaine and arugula. Toss with oil, vinegar, and salt to taste.
  2. Slice pears and place on top of greens in a fan arrangement, followed by cheese ribbons.
  3. Finally, sprinkle pine nuts on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
