Wallace's Mexican Chili
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15obottle catsup
- 2 Tbs Paprika
- 4 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper or to taste
- 6 Garlic cloves grated
Brown ground beef: Drain off grease.
Add catsup and simmer. Add paprika, chili powder, and pepper. Peel garlic and grate on the fine side of the grater. Add garlic to other ingredients.
Cook slowly for 15-20 minutes. If chili is too thick, add a little water.
When serving, put a layer of chopped onion on a hot dog or hamburger before adding the chili.
