1 A cliché’ question, but we will still ask … what inspires/drives/you to get to work every morning?
I love to learn, create and innovate. Weiniger Group, a local, boutique brokerage, was created with the mission to help more consumers in a transparent, client-focused and valuable way. We strive every day to be the trusted advisor.
2 What works best for you in terms of customer acquisition? Print, Social Media, Networking events or direct referrals? Or a combination of all of these?
I have always believed in using a mix of many media types in our marketing plan. I love print…it is tangible, visual and can reach those that don’t use social media. But we are living in a visual, digital world, and we leverage video and social media like no other brokerage in our area. Real estate will and always will be a local business where local knowledge is paramount. I am very proud of being named Top Video influencer in North America for 2017 and 2018.
3 What is the most effective way to interact with your customers? Email, phone, or through social media?
I connect daily with my sphere and past clients on social media, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, and Direct Messages through Insta and Facebook Stories. And I personally love Facebook Messenger. We also use audio and video email and text to keep them abreast with the current market trends. And of course, my favorite catch up methods, the old fashioned telephone and coffee chats! With our current buyer and sellers clients, we find the most effective communication method is group text, adding our admin staff on that group chat. We love using What’s App.
4 What are your business goals for 2019?
My business goal for 2019 is to continue to grow our brokerage by adding more agents to our work family. We are always searching for similar minded real estate agents that want to grow their businesses and impact more buyers and sellers in a remarkable way. We work as a team with our admins and marketing staff to support them in a way they can give their clients the attention they deserve.
5 In this ever-changing business scenario, what is one constant that keeps your business ahead of your competition?
As the Broker Owner of our brokerage, Weiniger Group, I lead our agents by example…I have a strong work ethic, a desire to create and innovate, connect and network with people, give value, grow and learn, and share kindness. A great reputation is everything to me…and it so happens to also be the best brand building strategy one can do for a business.
