ham Werdany has mixed his talent and
passion to create delicious baked goods
into a new business venture at
Bridge-
water Bakery.
Previously Chef Hesham
was a formal baker overseas but most
recently his talents have been highlight-
ed in many local bakeries such as Gaston
Avenue Bakery, Mediterrraneo Bakery,
Bella Palermo Pastry Shop, Snuffy’s Pan-
tagis and The Imperia just to name a few.

ity bakery and pastry shop offering all
sorts of mouthwatering delights -- cakes,

Bridgewater Bakery’s

Specialty cake varieties include Chef Hes-
ham’s Gaston Avenue famous hazelnut
cake, his signature super creamy cheese

ry short cake, brown derby cake, lemon
coconut cake, carrot cake and red velvet
cake. Chef Hesham is happy to make
specialty cakes any way his customers

cookies and chocolate chip. Beautiful
selections of Italian & French pastries are
available as well including tiramisu,

Chef Hesham considers himself from
the old school of baking when it comes
