Margie Berlin are excited to celebrate
their first year anniversary this Novem-
ber. LMS has been the newest and

The music at LMS ranges from 70’s,
80’s, Today's hits, Classic Rock,
Motown R&B and even special month-
ly video concerts. Every class is a little
different, but one of the great things
about the Spinning program is that it is
adaptable to your fitness level.

tion…just you against you.
In addition to spin classes, this fall
LMS will be offering a variety of work-
outs on and off the bike. They have
added “Total Body” workouts such as;
Spinflex, Spinalates, Mat classes and
their NEWEST CRAZE “SPOGA.”
Clients once a week can crank out an
amazing SPIN class and then stretch it
out with Yoga. You can attend one or
both of the classes.
The idea of spinning should not be
intimidating; any age group can share
in the experience. The greatest benefit
is the amount of calories that you can
burn from just one class. Their 50-60
minute classes average a true calorie
burn ranging from 500-700 calories
(since November 2011 they have
burned over 5 Million Calories).
Another difference with LMS, is their
incredibly simple-to-use on line reserva-
tion system. You will never have to wait
for a bike, never have to show up 30
minutes early to get a number card and
never be “shut out.” Sign-in online and
show up…That’s it! They have the mar-
kets newest spinning bikes and are reg-
ularly maintained by professionals. And
guess what…there are no membership
or monthly club fees.

nary spin studio. The studio is 1200
square feet, significantly larger than
the average studio and every client has
an excellent view of the instructor lift-
ed on a stage.
