Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen will begin accepting applications for the
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). LIHEAP is a federally
funded program that helps low income households pay for heating costs (includes:
electric, natural gas, oil and other deliverable fuels). Applications accepted until
