IDEAL TILE

Green Brook
GRANITE
SURFACES
368
Lincoln Blvd.
Middlesex
Through more than two decades
of helping homeowners to realize
their dream-home visions,
Ideal Tile
of Green Brook has built a well-
earned reputation for its vast selec-
tion, high quality merchandise and
friendly service. But the store, at 319
Route 22 East, has not been resting
on its successes.
Instead,
Ideal Tile
is committed to
finding new ways to bring customer
satisfaction. A case in point would be
the recent renovations to its show-
room. Updated and improved to
incorporate a superior layout and
increased number of displays, the
fully featured space showcases
ceramic, natural stones, mosaics and
imported one-of-a-kind medallions.
“
It’s a unique showroom, with
some top displays,” says Michael
LoBrace, who owns
Ideal Tile
with
business partner Rocco LaVecchia.
“
People don’t have to look in boxes,
and tiles are not hidden all over the
place. And we are constantly receiv-
ing and installing new product lines,
making your choices even wider.”
Ideal Tile
is always on the lookout
for innovations and changing trends,
and it keeps the store up to date, so
new and old customers alike will
have the best possible experience.
The customer-friendly nature of
Ideal Tile
is further boosted by the
presence of an in-house professional
interior designer, Ellie Granieri. If you
are interested in updating the look of
your home with tile, granite, marble
or one of a whole range of quality
surfaces, Ellie can work with you and
guide you through the process.
“
Most other stores don’t have an
interior designer on staff,” notes
Michael. “Ellie sits down with people
and, based on their description of
the house, helps them to select a
style and design that will work for
them. She helps them envision what
the finished product will look like.”
The interior-design service is one
of the reasons why
Ideal Tile,
which
opened its doors in 1990, is a one-
stop destination for its clients. The
store can manage the whole process,
from the planning stage to installa-
tion, which is carried out by a skilled
and experienced in-house team.
“
Our installers are not ‘subcon-
tractors,’” explains Michael. “They
are fully employed staff, and some
have been with us since the day we
opened. This ensures you get the
perfect quality job exactly to your
required specification.”
And what if
Ideal Tile
does not
have what the homeowner is looking
for? That is where
Granite Surfaces
of Middlesex can help. Also owned by
Michael and Rocco,
Granite Surfaces
was opened in 2006 after the two
men found that many of their clients
needed granite and other natural
stones in connection with their tile.
Granite Surfaces,
located at 368
Lincoln Boulevard, acts as a direct
importer of stone slabs, which
means, with the “middle man” cut
out, clients get the benefit of great
prices on the finest quality stone.
And its new and improved show-
room is a place where decorators can
bring their clients, and homeowners
can find everything they need.
