we realized what we
had been missing the whole time,”
Gina Williams explains, “It was the
most targeted, safe, effective exer-
cise method that we had ever tried.
It just made sense!”
The Bar Method
is like no other
workout that you have experi-

keep prima ballerinas in peak phys-
ical shape, the fun one-hour classes
strengthen core muscles, improve
flexibility and posture and leave
you yearning for more. The teach-
ers are super encouraging and

flexibility, or work towards better
joint health. When done properly
