Carol Fiorilli
Six years ago, Carol Fiorilli real-
ized her dream of opening a suc-
cessful hair salon in a thriving com-
munity. Today, she looks back on
what she has created, as well as
ahead to what she continues to
envision as the future of hair, nails

the industry where Carol found her
passion that “keeping up” might

motivated her to try

not win, but was amazing enough
that she has found her voice on her
own show. There is so much hap-
pening in our industry, and it is
moving incredibly fast! In reality,

shear genius' comes from all direc-
tions and we are primed to keep
up, move ahead, be on the CUT-
TING edge literally, as well as figu-
ratively.” The confidence her stylists
feel knowing that whatever is hap-
pening is within their grasp to learn
and execute is priceless, and they

losophy is that “growing my team
through education in all aspects of
the industry is my biggest joy!”
