Kelly Compher
Kelly Compher’s
success in real
estate has been fueled by a passion
for working with people and help-
ing them solve their real estate
issues and challenges. Formerly a
healthcare professional for 25 years,
Kelly
brings the same level of dedi-
cation and integrity to her real
estate clients.
As a real estate professional for the
past eight years and a resident of Hills-
borough Township since 1988,
Kelly
is a neighborhood specialist for Som-
erset County and also works within
Hunterdon, Middlesex and Union
counties. She is a certified Relocation
Specialist, and also specializes in short
sales and foreclosures.
Since joining Weichert, Realtors’
Hillsborough office in 2004,
Kelly
Compher
has proven herself as a
successful sales associate. For each
year of her career, she has been rec-
ognized as a member of Weichert’s
Executive Club or Ambassador
Club, both of which require high
levels of sales achievement to quali-
fy. She has also earned the NJAR
Circle of Excellence Award at both
the Silver and Bronze levels, which
serve to recognize New Jersey Asso-
ciation of Realtors members who
have demonstrated excellence in
the area of salesmanship.
“2013
has been my most suc-
cessful year in real estate yet,
despite this tumultuous market,”
said
Kelly.
This year, she has already
sold 17 homes and has moved over
six million dollars in inventory. She
attributes her success to her knowl-
edge of the market and her pro-
active approach.
Kelly
said that
because of the recent shortage of
available homes on the market, she
checks several times a day for new
listings, and even calls into neighbor-
hoods in an effort to locate new
inventory.
Kelly
knows the impor-
tance of acting quickly and said, “I’m
there for my clients seven days a
week. I’d never want to disappoint a
client by not being available.”
Kelly
added that she’s happy to
work with anyone with housing
needs, but that she particularly
enjoys working with first-time home
buyers. “I offer a consultation,
where we review expectations”,
said
Kelly.
“
It’s an advantageous
meeting where I get to hear their
expectations and educate them as
to what to expect throughout the
entire process.”
Kelly
went on to
note that, “it’s very important for a
client to know what to expect, as
the market is always changing.”
