Neil says his personal policy is t o go beyond making a “descent” offer; he strives to make top-end offers to clients. “I pay higher than pretty much any other place I know. I often s ee ads for other sellers offering discounts with coupons and wonder why they just don’t offer the best price from start. That’s what we do. I pay as high as I can go,” he states. Neil encourages clients to compare offers, too. “There’s no pressure here,” he states. “You can browse in a friendly environ- ment.
