3 P's Salad (Pear, Provolone, Pine Nut)
- 2 Romaine hearts chopped
- 8 oz . baby arugula
- 2 ripe pears
- 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted, optional
- 8 slices provolone cheese cut into thin ribbons
- red wine vinegar
- robust olive oil
- sea salt
Combine chopped romaine and arugula. Toss with oil, vinegar, and salt to taste.
Slice pears and place on top of greens in a fan arrangement, followed by cheese ribbons.
Finally, sprinkle pine nuts on top.
