P90X Personal Fitness Program Debuts April 3 At The Bridgewater Fitness Facility
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) is introducing P90X Personal Fitness Program. P90X small group personal training sessions begin at the JCC on April 3, 2013. The JCC is located at 775 Talamini Road in Bridgewater.
The P90X Personal Fitness Program combines small group personal training with a maximum of eight participants/session, individual personal training sessions and the care of a nutritionist over a 90-day period. Participants commit to a five or six day/week fitness commitment over a 90-day period in order to obtain optimal fitness results. All small group personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length, and the JCC will be offering 15 sessions at various times during the week. A licensed nutritionist is available to participants on a consulting basis. An individual workout schedule is designed for each participant, and body stats are tracked over the 90-day period. P90X is open to all fitness levels and the program is open to JCC members and non-members alike. The JCC is one of the first fitness facilities in the area to offer P90X small group training sessions.
According to JCC Fitness Director, Joy McIntyre, “We are thrilled to be offering P90X to our JCC members and the community. The addition of this program to the already extensive lineup of health and fitness offerings at the JCC enables us to better serve our members and to assist them to achieve their personal fitness goals and a healthy lifestyle.”
The JCC will offer P90X Information Sessions on Wednesday, March 20 at 10:30am and Thursday, March 21 at 7:00pm. All are welcome to attend to learn more about P90X and meet the P90X staff.
The JCC Fitness Facility includes an indoor salt based pool, outdoor pool with removable dome for use during the winter months and two group fitness studios. The JCC offers more than 60 group fitness classes a week including Les Mills BodyPump, Body Combat and CXWORX; J-Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Core and Zumba Gold, The Silver & Fit Senior Fitness Program, Water Fitness classes including Aqua Zumba and more. The JCC also offers personal training and small group personal training for all ages. Members and non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness and personal training programs.
